Wedding season is just around the corner, which means the season of Bachelor, and Bachelorette parties is here!

We’ve got a few fun, and likely new, suggestions when it comes to the drink menu. Some are good for pre-gaming, others will take you back to your childhood, and some are just down-right unique and delicious! If you’re the maid of honor, or best man, take notes!

For Her:

1. Diamond Jello Shots

Engagement ring jello shots?? Sold. Someone put a ring on it, and we’ve filled that ring with Cosmo jello shot-goodness. (Well, ok maybe not the same ring…).

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of P&M Cosmopolitan
  • 3/4 cup of citrus flavored vodka
  • 1 packet of Knox original unflavored gelatin
  • Orange zest for garnish (if desired)
  • Plastic ring molds

Directions:

  1. Mix P&M Cosmopolitan with vodka in a small saucepan. Heat gently until the cocktail mixture is warm but not boiling.
  2. Turn off the heat and slowly pour the gelatin powder into the cocktail mixture, while whisking until it’s fully mixed (no clumps).
  3. Pour the cocktail mixture into ring molds and let set for 4 hours.
  4. Make sure to stand ring molds up so your shots don’t spill while setting.

2. Portable Cocktail Pouches

Adult Capri Suns. Yup, we’re bringing it back to 4th grade recess. Although this time it’s Tequila Sunrise you’re sipping on, not Pacific Cooler.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the ziploc bag.
  2. Put the bag(s) in the refrigerator until ready to drink.
  3. Once ready, carefully cut a small whole at the top of the bag.
  4. Drop in a paper straw, and get sipping!

3. Boozy Bears

Boozy Bears = gummy bears with booze. It’s like two guilty pleasures wrapped up into one ridiculously adorable, bite-sized bear. You can choose whichever P&M flavor you’d like, we went with Mango Passion Fruit Margarita, Lemon Sour, and Cosmopolitan!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Powell & Mahoney mixer of choice
  • 1/4 cup alcohol of choice
  • 2 1/2 packets of Knox original unflavored gelatin

Directions:

  1. Mix Powell & Mahoney mixer with alcohol in a small saucepan. Heat gently until the cocktail mixture is warm but not boiling.
  2. Turn off the heat and slowly pour the gelatin powder into the cocktail mixture while whisking until it’s fully mixed (no clumps).
  3. Pour the cocktail mixture into your silicone molds or glass baking dish lighly greased with coconut oil. (Note: You don’t have to grease the silicone molds if you decide to use those).
  4. Refrigerate the gummies for 2-4 hours, then pop them out of the molds.
  5. To store, refrigerate gummies in a covered container and they will keep for 3-5 days.

4. Unicorn Mimosas

Champagne, unicorns, and rock candy. It’s the kind of combination dreams are made of.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dip a champagne flute into water, or rub the rim with a slice of peach, and rim the glass with edible glitter.
  2. Add 4 oz Prosecco, and 1 oz P&M Peach Bellini.
  3. Garnish with rock candy.

For Him:

1. The Man-Mosa

Because, well… everything gets manlier when you add bacon to it.

  5. Begin sipping, and hair will begin growing on your chest at an alarming rate.

2. Dark & Stormy Jigglers

Dark & Stormy’s are amazing. Just plain and simple. There’s nothing that transports us to a sunny beach in the Caribbean nearly as quick as this dark rum & ginger beer concoction. The ladies had all these cool jello shot ideas, so we figured this would be a delicious rendition for the men (and it is!!).

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger
  • 1/2 cup of soda water
  • 3/4 cup of dark rum
  • 1 1/2 packets of Knox original unflavored gelatin
  • Lime zest or candied ginger for garnish (if desired)

Directions:

  1. Mix P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger with soda water and dark rum in a small saucepan. Heat gently until the cocktail mixture is warm but not boiling.
  2. Turn off the heat and slowly pour the gelatin powder into the cocktail mixture while whisking until it’s fully mixed (no clumps).
  3. Pour the cocktail mixture into a glass pan or molds and let set for 4 hours.
  4. Garnish as desired and serve!

3. Brunch on a Bloody

Long nights call for late (and large) breakfasts. And when we recommend drinking your breakfast, we aren’t talking about a fruit & protein smoothie. Whip up some bloody marys, and add everything that you possibly can, on top. (Could be a game of breakfast Jenga?).

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz vodka
  • 1.5 oz P&M Bloody Mary (Original, Sriracha, or Chipotle)
  • burgers, cheese, olives, bacon, peppers, lemons, limes, shrimp, ham, pickles….

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, combine vodka, P&M Bloody Mary of choice, and ice.
  2. Shake, and strain over fresh ice.
  3. Meanwhile, have one of your bros chef-ing up cheeseburgers, grilled cheese, bacon, and anything else that happens to be available in the fridge.
  4. Stack it all on top of the bloody mary, and go to town!
