This Friday, skip the green beer! Here are 6 cocktail recipes perfect for St Patrick’s Day that you’re sure to love! Irish whiskey, Lucky Charms garnishes, and tons of ginger. Enjoy!

 

1. Lucky Charms Martini

Ingredients:

Marshmellow vodka – 2 oz

Half & half – 3 oz

P&M Simple Syrup – to taste

Lucky Charms cereal – for rim & garnish

Instructions:

Crush some Lucky Charms cereal, and use as a rim on a chilled cocktail glass.

In a shaker, combine marshmallow vodka, half & half, P&M Simple Syrup, and ice.

Shake and strain into rimmed cocktail glass.

Garnish with Lucky Charms marshmallows.

 

 

2. Irish Mule

Ingredients:

Irish whiskey – 2 oz

P&M Ginger Beer – 4 oz

(or sub for P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger – 2 oz)

Lime juice – squeeze of

Instructions:

Using P&M Ginger Beer – Fill copper mug, or glass to the top with crushed ice. Add Irish whiskey, a squeeze of lime juice, then P&M Ginger Beer. Stir, and garnish with a lime wedge.

Using P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger – Fill copper mug, or glass to the top with crushed ice. In a shaker, combine Irish whiskey, P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger, lime juice, and ice. Shake and strain over crushed ice. Top off with 1 oz soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

3. Blackberry Irish Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

Irish whiskey – 1.5 oz

Blackberry brandy – .75 oz

P&M Lemon Sour – .75 oz

Blackberry – for garnish

Instructions:

In a shaker, combine Irish whiskey, blackberry brandy, P&M Lemon Sour, and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a blackberry.

4. Jameson & Ginger

Ingredients:

Jameson Irish Whiskey – 2 oz

P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger – 2 oz

Lime – squeeze of

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

 

5. Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

Irish Whiskey – 1.5 oz

P&M Simple Syrup – 1 oz

Hot Brewed Coffee – 6+ oz

Unsweetened Cream – lightly whipped

Instructions:

Pour the whiskey, P&M Simple Syrup, and hot coffee into a glass or mug. Give a stir, and top with unsweetened cream, lightly whipped.

 

 

6. Ginger Margarita

Ingredients:

Blanco tequila – 2 oz

P&M Classic Margarita – 1.5 oz

P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger – .5 oz

Salt & sugar – for rim

Lime wedge – for garnish

Crystalized Ginger Candy – for garnish

Instructions:

In a small dish, combine equal amounts of salt and sugar. Run the juice of a lime wedge along the outside rim of your glassware.

Dip the rim into the salt/sugar at an angle, and rotate the glass until either half or all of the rim is covered.

In a shaker, combine tequila, P&M Margarita, P&M Old Ballycastle Ginger, and ice. Shake and strain into rimmed glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with lime wedge and/or crystallized ginger candy.
