Ingredients

1.5 oz white rum

1.5 oz pomegranate juice

1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves

4 oz Powell and Mahoney Sparkling Mojito

Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

Fresh pomegranate arils, for garnish

Ice

 

Directions:

Muddle together the rum, pomegranate juice and rosemary leaves until the rosemary is fragrant.

Strain into a fresh glass with ice. Pour over the P&M Sparkling Mojito and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a few pomegranate arils. Serve immediately.
