1.Tropical Rum Punch
For the Mango Ice Ring:
Ingredients
4 cups water
2 cups P&M Mango Passion Fruit Margarita
¼ cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup loosely packed mint leaves
Directions
Add all ingredients into a Bundt pan. Freeze for 6 hours, or overnight. When you’re ready to make the punch, place a plate on the top of the Bundt pan. Flip the pan over and run hot water over the Bundt pan until the mold pops out. Slide the mold into a punch bowl and pour the cocktail ingredients over the top.
For the Tropical Rum Punch:
Ingredients
2 cups P&M Mango Passion Fruit Margarita
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups soda water
1.5 cups white or coconut rum
Directions
Combine P&M Mango Passion Fruit Margarita, pineapple juice, and rum in a punch bowl. Refrigerate to chill before serving. When ready to serve, add soda water, and ice ring.

3. Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients
2.5 cups fresh watermelon puree
2 cups P&M Classic Margarita
1.5 cups tequila
fresh lime for garnish
Instructions
Slice a watermelon in half. Put one half away for later use. On the remaining half, slice off a bit of the bottom to make the watermelon even to use as a bowl. Scoop out the insides of the watermelon and puree until you have 2.5 cups of watermelon puree. Add watermelon puree, P&M Classic Margarita and tequila into the empty watermelon, mix and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
