WHERE DOES POWELL & MAHONEY SHIP TO?
We ship within the 48 contiguous US states, and Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. All products ship via FedEx Ground out of Illinois.
HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Our shipping rates are based off of UPS. Powell & Mahoney does not add any additional shipping fees.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders placed Monday – Friday typically ship within 48 hours via UPS ground out of Glenview, IL (zip code: 60025).
Please reference the UPS ground time in transit map for estimated arrival. Once the order has left our facility, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.
Please note that due to high-demand of our products, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Powell & Mahoney will re-ship your items at no additional cost to you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES INCORRECT?
Please contact us immediately should your order arrive incorrectly. We will work quickly to ship your missing items to you at no additional cost.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Powell & Mahoney will refund your order within 15 days of delivery. If you need to return your merchandise, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Our customer service department will provide you with instructions on how to ship your merchandise back to us for a prompt refund.

As of 6/1/2020 our online store is up to date and accurately reflects our current product offerings. Items that have been discontinued have been removed from our shop page and are no longer available.
CAN I STILL ENJOY POWELL & MAHONEY PRODUCTS PAST THEIR BEST BY DATE?
Our products do not contain artificial ingredients or preservatives which means that they cannot be consumed past their best by date. Once opened, products must be stored in a refrigerator and should not be enjoyed past 30 days.
ARE POWELL & MAHONEY PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
Yes! All Powell & Mahoney products are crafted using ingredients that are free from Gluten.
ARE POWELL & MAHONEY PRODUCTS NATURAL?
Powell & Mahoney products use cane sugar and agave nectar to sweeten, and fruits and berries for flavor and color. We do not use preservatives, artificial flavors, dyes, or high-fructose corn syrup.
HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCT LAST AFTER OPENING?
If stored correctly in the refrigerator, Powell & Mahoney products will be good for use 30 days after opening. Please discard after 30 days.

Powell & Mahoney products are free from the following major food allergens recognized by the FDA: milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts and wheat. The following Powell & Mahoney products contain soy: Sriracha Bloody Mary, Chipotle Bloody Mary, Original Bloody Mary.
WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE FOR POWELL & MAHONEY PRODUCTS?
Please see the best before date printed on the neck of your Powell & Mahoney mixer. We do not recommend consuming products past their best by date. Once opened, our products will last 30 days when stored properly in the refrigerator.
IS SEPARATION AND DARKENING OF PRODUCT NORMAL?
Powell & Mahoney products are made with natural ingredients, so fruit pulp may settle and colors may darken over time. This is normal with natural products and will not affect the taste. Please shake well before use!
