Blackberry Peach Daiquiri
- White Rum - 2 oz
- Powell & Mahoney Peach Bellini - 2.5 oz
- Blackberries - 3-4 plus garnish
- Lime - squeeze of
In a shaker, combine the rum, a squeeze of lime, and 3-4 blackberries. Gently muddle. Add the P&M Peach Bellini, and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a berry and a lime wedge.
Serve a Crowd:
Place 20-25 blackberries in a bowl, and lightly muddle. Combine 1 bottle (750ml) of white rum, and 1.5 bottles of P&M Peach Bellini. Carefully add the muddled blackberries, and the juice of 1 lime. Stir, and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a berry and a lime wedge.
