To Make Boozy Cranberries:
Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small sauce pan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Add a bit of lime zest to this mixture. Add 1 cup of fresh cranberries and heat until berries start to pop. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of white rum. Let cool to room temperature and then chill until serving time.
- White Rum - 2 oz
- Powell & Mahoney Cosmopolitan - 2 oz
- Lime - squeeze of
- Boozy Cranberries - for garnish
In a shaker, combine white rum, P&M Cosmopolitan, squeeze of lime, and ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with Boozy Cranberries.
