Peach Bellini Sangria
A peachy sangria punch best enjoyed with friends.
Ingredients
- Dry White Wine - 1 Bottle (750ml)
- P&M Peach Bellini - 16 oz (two cups)
- Prosecco or Champagne - 1 Bottle (750ml)
- 3-4 Peaches - Sliced
- 1 Grapefruit - Sliced
- 2 Nectarines - Sliced
- Grated Ginger - 2 tsp
- Mint - Handful (30 leaves)
Instructions
- In a large glass pitcher muddle ginger and mint with a large wooden spoon.
- Add sliced fruit.
- Combine white wine and Peach Bellini mix. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to serving.
- Top off pitcher with champagne /prosecco prior to serving.
- Serve in wine glasses garnished with grapefruit and mint.
