
Pineapple Margarita
Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila - 1.5 oz
- Powell & Mahoney Skinny Margarita - 2 oz
- Pineapple (pureed) - 1 oz
- Salt - for rim (optional)
- Pineapple Wedges - for garnish
Instructions
In a shaker, combine the tequila, P&M Skinny Margarita, pureed pineapple, and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
For a salt rim:
Place a few tablespoons of salt in a small dish. Run the juice of a pineapple (or lime) wedge along the outside rim of your glassware. Dip the rim into the salt at an angle, and rotate the glass until either half or all of the rim is covered. Do this step before adding ice and other ingredients to the glass.
