Skinny Grapefruit Margaritas
Grapefruit is the perfect winter fruit for cocktails! These Skinny Grapefruit Margaritas are easy to batch beforehand when serving a crowd.
For the Grapefruit-Sugar Rim:
Add the sugar and grapefruit zest to a small bowl. Then use your fingers to rub the grapefruit zest into the sugar, releasing the oils. Set aside.

Skinny Grapefruit Margaritas
Grapefruit is the perfect winter fruit for cocktails! These Skinny Grapefruit Margaritas are easy to batch beforehand when serving a crowd.
Ingredients
- Tequila - 2 cups
- P&M Skinny Margarita - 1 bottle (750ml)
- Fresh Grapefruit Juice - 1.5 cups
- Grapefruit - 1/2, sliced
- Lime - sliced
- Sugar - 1/4 cup - for rim
- Grapefruit Zest - 1 tsp - for rim
Instructions
1. In a pitcher, combine the P&M Skinny Margarita, tequila and grapefruit juice. Add the sliced grapefruit and lime.
*Note: You can cover and refrigerate the pitcher for several hours before serving the margaritas. Or if you plan to serve them immediately, stir in a large handful of ice to promote chilling before pouring into individual glasses.
2. Wet the rim of your glasses with a small amount of grapefruit juice. Then invert the glasses over the grapefruit-sugar mixture, pressing down to coat.
3. Add fresh ice to your glasses. Pour in the chilled grapefruit margarita. Serve immediately.
Serve One: To make one margarita, use 1.5 oz tequila, 2 oz P&M Skinny Margarita, and 1 oz grapefruit juice!
